Administrative support at each handoff.
Structure around
the moving parts.
For businesses whose billing work spans more than one system, team or provider.
Billing control
Keep invoice schedules, billing instructions and customer changes aligned with the agreement behind them.
Record coordination
Bring the administrative record together, including mandate references and the evidence supplied by your authorised channels.
Exception handling
Give unmatched records, returned items and failed events a clear owner and a documented next step.
Reconciliation & reporting
Compare billing records with provider reports and explain what is matched, what is open and what needs a decision.
Working together
A defined process.
From the start.
The first task is to agree what good administration looks like for your business.
- 01
Map the work
Identify your systems, handoffs, current controls and the points where records stop agreeing.
- 02
Agree the scope
Document responsibilities, access, fees, reporting and escalation before any work starts.
- 03
Run the process
Carry out the agreed administrative tasks and keep a usable record of changes and exceptions.
- 04
Review the outcome
Bring open items back to the right owner and adjust the process through the agreed review cycle.
We organise the work. Your provider moves the money.
Payment execution and custody remain with your bank or licensed payment provider. Our role is the administrative process around them.
Before we begin.
Can we start with a single workstream?
Yes. A scope can focus on a defined task, such as reconciliation or exception handling. The work, responsibilities and fees are agreed before it begins.
Do you process payments or hold money?
No. Valmont Berg provides administration. Your bank or licensed payment provider remains responsible for executing payments and holding funds.
How are your fees agreed?
We review the workload, systems, complexity and reporting needs, then provide a written scope and fee. There is no automatic subscription or checkout on this website.
What should we send with an enquiry?
An outline of your business and the billing work you need help with is enough. Please do not send bank details or identifiable customer records through the enquiry form.
